Our partner the Open Networking User Group (ONUG) is hosting several upcoming events.

1. ONUG Meetup: Software-Managed Infrastructure
Location: Work-Bench
Date: Wednesday, April 6, 2016 from 6:00pm-9:00pm
Description: In addition to the semi-annual conferences, throughout the year ONUG conducts smaller user-centered meetings across the country focused on driving open software defined cloud infrastructure. The informal meetups provide year round opportunities for the existing ONUG Community to engage with new IT leaders and continue the discussion on topics introduced at the semi-annual conferences. ONUG Board and community members will lead a lively discussion on network state collection, correlation, and analytics as well as an overview of the ONUG Software-Managed Infrastructure framework.
The discussion will be lead by ONUG Board Member Neal Secher (BNY Mellon).
Welcome & networking – 6:00pm-6:45pm (Food and beverage will be provided)
Panel and discussion (Q&A) – 6:45pm-8:15pm

2. ONUG Spring 2016

Location: Intuit Headquarters, Mountain View, CA
Dates: ONUG Academy: Monday, May 9, 2016; ONUG Conference: Tuesday, May 10 and Wednesday, May 11, 2016
Description: The goal of the ONUG Conference is to advance open networking and open storage by facilitating a higher level of engagement between IT business leaders, standards and open source organizations, and members of the academic, government, vendor, and service provider communities. The ONUG Academy, a day of tutorials, returns on May 9 followed by the two-day ONUG Conference, May 10-11. ONUG is the leading IT user-driven community focused on leveraging the power of their engineering and procurement to influence the pace and deployment of open networking solutions.
